    Three years from "Migratory Birds", "Supernova" is the new creation of CAPVTO, electronic alter ego of Valeria Caputo, Italian composer and performer, woman discreet as eclectic and rebellious.
    The album comes from a very strong energy of renewal: music creates music.
    "Supernova" begin already during the recording of the first album at the Cosabeat recording studios of Franco Naddei (Francobeat), another precious soul of this work.
    Valeria has captured loops and sound fragments from her first album and she starting to create a new sound.
    Personal changes have influenced the parallel realization of this work, which refers, in its name, to the agony of turbulent exploding stars letting their fragments will re-assembling in new manifestations of celestial energy.
    Supernova is very different from her first album but it was produced with the same sound material. Now Valeria is an other one but she is always the same: now she expresses her creative potential so freely.
    A complex plot and contemporary, in a growing of rhythmic pop, dark melodies and naive, a song co-written with Chris Yan (Blooming), whispered tones, no sense and loop paranoid themes.
    In Supernova instrumental sections alternate with her voice, a sound trip and complex, made of infinite love, wise souls who travel through eternity that
    always can find each other. Sounds of guitars, cello, toy-piano play between fascination and bewilderment.
    One interesting note is that the chorus of "Flower Girl" was sung by the audience during a concert to support the crowdfunding for the album.

CAPVTO is the electronic alter ego of Valeria Caputo, Italian composer, singer and artist.
So discreet as eclectic and rebellious, the singer has made headlines positively thanks to her first album Migratory Birds (2012).
Her musical career as a songwriter, writing also for third parties, and as a live performer, began during her teens in his hometown, Taranto (TA, Italy).
Her studies are oriented towards the technical-musical and its main focus is the art of composition and the opportunities that new technologies offer in this regard. Her curiosity leads also to deepen various kinds and various forms of expression over the song form.
The fixed points of her educational training are in 2001 she graduated with the rank of technician for the digital arts at the APM School of Saluzzo and in 2011 she graduated from the Conservatory of Bologna in electronic music. Along the way she has collaborated with several artists including: Francobeat, Silvia's Magic Hands, Tom Ton Band, The Shoes, Data.
For his new record release, Supernova, she has collaborated with producer and musician Franco Naddei (Francobeat), the electro-acoustic composer Chris Yan, the unbridled guitarist Daggher Moth and many other artists, also producing video Blindfolded along with some fashion brands and stylist as BarbaraAlan, MFP (Maria Francesca Pepe) and the designer Davide Petraroli.
The new Caputo uses the nostalgic folk Valeria Caputo CAPVTO inspired to switch to a more electronic and experimental atmosphere that generates trip pop / experimental / avant-garde / alternative rock
personal.
The album was co-produced thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign.
